Kneado is a small company specializing in custom desserts, ranging from sugar cookies to custom pastries. I cater to a wide variety of events. If you have a small birthday, tea party, bridal shower, big wedding, corporate events, or just because you have a dangerous sweet tooth, I’m your woman!
I’m Caroline Do (pronounced like doe, a deer, a female deer). I’m born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana but I now have the pleasure of catering to the Dallas, Texas area. I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law which allows baking from home in a sanitized kitchen. I’m ready to get baked with you!
